Every Sunday for the next few weeks, I will be running Sunday sessions.
It will be a quick 5minute video, where I will be sharing a few exercises or stretches with you, to increase your flexibility and decrease the tension within body from your working week.
When sat at a desk all day you begin to get stiff and your muscles become tight. These quick sessions will help to strengthen your core and stretch out your muscles.
